Service Gratuity

1. Service Gratuity is allowed for a qualifying service of less than 10 years (20 completed half years)

2. It is calculated at the uniform rate of half month’s emoluments for every six monthly period of qualifying service.

3. This is a one time lump sum payment for the service rendered.
